The location is fantastic. It is a short walk to many main attractions. I loved the complimentary fizzy and still water. The coffee and tea were a treat. The staff were helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. The rooms were clean and exactly what I needed, this. The staff were a true highlight of my visit. They were super friendly and helpful. The location offered easy access to many key sites. The convenience made exploring so easy. The hotel offers a great location, a simple convenient experience. A 20-minute walk gets you to the city's main attractions. The hotel provides excellent value for money. I appreciated the straightforward amenities and ease of access to different parts of the city. The staff are super nice and always available. The hotel provided a water dispenser at the reception. Free coffee is available all day. The location is perfect. Gare du Lyon is only 15 minutes away. The bus station is two minutes away, this makes transit easy.
The TV in my room wasn't working, and the only response I received was a simple acknowledgment of the issue, nothing more.

helpful staff friendly staff complimentary water convenient location small room few hooks bad coffee
the staff was helpful and friendly. i liked that complimentary water was available. the location was pretty good, not too far from touristy areas. you can reach main attractions within 20 mins with the metro.
the room was quite small. there were not enough clothes hooks in the small closet. i found no drawers near the desk or nightstand. the coffee provided was not very good.
